Thank you for your interest in our products. Please find below the details regarding our MOQ, payment terms, samples, OEM & ODM services, packing, confidentiality, product testing, and product selection:

MOQ

Generally, our MOQ is one 20'ft container per item. However, there are exceptions. Some products are easy to produce, so the MOQ may be 3 products mixed in one 20'ft container. For big or complicated products that require molds, our MOQ is one 20'ft container per item.

Payment Term

a. T/T payment: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance within 7 days against the copy of B/L.

b. L/C: irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight.

Sample

We charge for samples and their freight. The sample cost is double the FOB price or discuss plus express. If sending by express, we will charge the express prepaid cost. If putting in an ordered shipment/container, no freight cost will occur, but we still charge for the sample.

OEM & ODM

We accept OEM & ODM production.

Packing

We generally use 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks. If you have specific requirements, please let us know before we provide a quotation.

Confidentiality

a. If you provide designs, we will keep them confidential and not release them to any third party.

b. If we provide designs or you select our designs, you cannot release our designs to any other vendor/provider.

Product Test

a. When you order a product from us, you can test it yourself. We provide free samples for testing. You may appoint a lab in China for testing, and we will contact the lab for all testing issues. However, you need to pay the cost, and the final certificates will have your name.

b. We suggest the following labs: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.

c. We produce our products according to standards such as ASTM, BSEN, EN, AS/NZ standards, depending on different countries and areas.

Product Selection

a. Please tell us the item codes of the products you are interested in. Please choose no more than 10 products for an effective quotation.

b. The fewer products you choose, the quicker we can provide a quotation. If you inquire about no more than 3 products, we will reply with a detailed quotation within 24 hours.

c. We do not have a general price list as we have over 1500 products and different countries have different standards and size requirements. Additionally, exchange rates and raw material costs are always changing. We need to quote according to your specific inquiry.
