Wisewell Trade Terms & Conditions
- MOQ:
Our MOQ is typically one 20'ft container per item, with exceptions for certain products.
- Payment Term:
a. T/T payment: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance within 7 days against the copy of B/L
b. L/C: irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight
- Sample:
We charge for samples and their freight. Sample cost is double the FOB price or discuss plus express.
- OEM & ODM:
We accept OEM & ODM production.
- Packing:
We use 5-layer brown carton with black shipping marks; specific requirements should be communicated before quotation.
- Confidentiality:
a. Designs provided by customers will be kept confidential.
b. Customers cannot release our designs to other vendors.
- Product Test:
a. Customers need to test the product themselves. Free samples are provided for testing.
b. Recommended labs: SGS, Intertek, TUV, BV.
c. Production standards: ASTM, BSEN, EN, AS/NZ.
- Product Selection:
a. Please provide item codes for up to 10 products for effective quoting.
b. Quicker quoting for fewer products selected.
c. Prices quoted based on specific inquiries.
